Congratulations to Italy on winning the 2006 Fifa World Cup™ 5-3 On Penalties against France!!

The Moment that shocked the world….
Zidane’s headbutt cost him and Matterazi a three match international ban which doesn’t matter to Zidane as that was his last ever professional match.

The Guingi tower was built by a family called the Guingi’s around the fourteenth century (thirteen hundreds.)
The tower was built to keep the family safe in case Lucca fell to Florence or Pisa in other words it was a shelter for war.

The Villa Camigliano has two different apartments. One called La Cantina and the other one being called La Coppaia. La Cantina has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and easily sleeps seven.
La Coppaia is attached to La Cantina But with it’s own private entrance. La Coppaia has two large bedrooms and one bathroom sharing the pool with the La cantina guests.

A nice extra but recommended to do the gym at 8:30 until 9:30 before it gets hot.

Buca di San Antonio is the finest restaurant in Lucca. The restaurant takes typical lucchese cooking but changes the taste to unbelievable Highly recommended and encourages tourists.
This summer our company Poundbury publishing did a private wine tasting from the hills of Montecarlo (Italy) to the fine hills of Lucca. We all had a great time especially Cristiano the Sommelier of the Buca.
Visit the Buca’s website by clicking here
